寫在DEERHUNTER之前，The Wall 裝潢感想（偏不附照片）

// 內行人才知道為啥我要放這張


The Wall Live House在2011年的1月10號進行第二階段的工程。這一波的工程最主要是針對Live House內部（不含商店街）。

裝潢公告理論上應該是輕描淡寫的一句話，但對我來說卻有種莫名的壓力感。WHY?

人家總說世事難預料，我現在覺得世事還真的是他媽的難預料。從一個客人，歷經小白兔唱片業務，再一路到逆轉工讀、當兵，繞了一圈又回到The Wall，這已經算是峰迴路轉！然而我做夢也沒想到，The Wall有史以來最大的改裝工程，竟然是在我手上完成的。

確定改裝開始後，Orbis和我就陷入了和設計師開會，工班協調，商店街溝通，內部討論的無限迴圈裡面。從樂團、客人和管理者的角度切入，每一次看表演就開始注意場內各處缺點，花時間思考如何才能用有限的預算來改善整個空間（雖然最後還是爆了預算）。壓力看起來像棉花糖一樣輕輕的，但重量卻是無與倫比！

在短短的十幾天內，我們要把The Wall翻過來幹！只要一個環節出錯，造成工程delay，sold out的DEERHUNTER就會是壓倒我們的那根稻草，變成DEERMURDERER。在開工之後，工班之間的摩擦和接踵而來的問題，造成的情緒緊繃可想而知，煙也是不間斷的抽！奇怪的是，隨著The Wall的裝潢漸漸接近完工，坐在剛鋪好地板上得我，心中也開始產生一股複雜的感觸？這邊請讓我murmur幾句。

七年了，從我還是個青澀的新鮮人，也就是 2003年的Mogwai開幕場，中間歷經了 Mum, Explosions in The Sky, Broken Social Scene, Stars, Yo La Tengo, Four Tet, Do Make Say Think, Envy, toe...許多大大小小的表演，不同的現場表演各自在我成長的階段留下記號。很多同學忙著糾團唱歌跑趴的當下，我倒是努力的在拉人看表演。也許這樣說似乎有點矯情，但這空間寄託了很多我所重視的人事物，集合起來儼然成為我這七年的畫冊！是啊！這該死的The Wall還真的佔據了我七年的青春（幹！還我青春來）！

而現在是2011年的01月24日，距離完工也只剩兩天，音響和燈光工程師還在日夜趕工中，準備迎接1/26號的DEERHUNTER。我不敢強求所有的觀眾都會有耳目一新的感覺，但我希望各位能夠在進場的當下，感受到我們的用心，並且祝福我們能夠有更多的勇氣與執著，繼續做著音樂這件"小"事。

遲來的2010年回顧

其實本來沒有要寫什麼回顧的，但想想2010年對我來說其實有幾個蠻值得紀念的回憶，所以就隨便亂謅了一段，來做個紀錄。

1. 退伍

當兵的當下真的是苦悶至極，想起每天晚上站安官時，拿著小白兔筆記本辛酸的在過去的日期上畫叉，然後絕望的數著還有多少個苦日子，真是嗚呼哀哉。但拿到退伍令時，我卻突然有種茫然感（我完全沒有在規劃我的人生，儘管每個人都在提醒我，但我把空閒的時間都拿去睡覺和抱怨了！），咬牙憤恨的穿了11個月的迷彩衣，只為了這張紙，除了幹你娘我也不知道該說些什麼。但神奇的是，兩個當過兵的男人湊在一塊，卻又可以劈哩啪啦的聊個不停，這玩意就是這麼邪門，外面的世界，好似叫聲學長一切也和軍中一樣都好辦事（這倒是明顯的錯覺）。

如果要問我學到了什麼，我也說不出來！應該是面對苦悶時自我解嘲和舒壓的方法吧？

2. LTK 20週年演唱會

對我來說全世界的重大新聞，都沒有比濁水溪20週年演唱會來的重要。一個樂團能夠在台灣持續了這麼久，沒有什麼商業主流的資源，憑著就是一場接著一場的Live，以及被傳頌的舞台魅力。這些凝聚起來的力量在20週年一次爆發，感動了許多的觀眾，雖然打手槍卡彈，但硬漢的眼淚在「晚安台灣」時差點潰堤。幹你娘又被小柯騙走我青春的淚滴！

這是一場會成為樂團史經典的表演，錯過的人請自己射在自己臉上。

3. Pulp Reunion



What can i say?? I Love Pulp !! Pulp的專輯我真的是越聽越愛！超期待 Pulp reunion ！！

4. Up in The Air


我不是型男，但在今年看過的電影中，會列入all time favorite的只有 Up in The Air。我其實很能理解和認同Ryan的背包理論，在人生的背包裡，放入的東西越少，其實就可以越輕鬆！但細小瑣碎的每個寂寞片段不斷累積，加上女主角Vera那句心碎台詞：「You are an escape. You're a break from our normal lives. You're a parenthesis.」，隨之而來的結論就是那句感觸良多的「Life's better with company.」

我很喜歡膝關節在年度十大寫到Up in The Air的那段感想，他寫出了我想說的每句話。

另外我quote一段印象深刻的台詞：

Ryan Bingham: You know why kids love athletes?
Bob: Because they screw lingerie models.
Ryan Bingham: No, that's why we love athletes. Kids love them because they follow their dreams.

哈哈，這段真的超靠背的！

無聲的所在

7/24在高雄The Wall駁二的滅火器十週年演唱會上，聽到了由楊大正和吳志寧合唱的這首歌。一開始我以為是我聽錯了，因為我真的沒有聽到有人現場翻唱過這首歌。這真的很讓人驚豔！因為我也沒有看過伍佰現場表演過這首歌！！！！

坦白說一開始沒有很喜歡伍佰早期的作品，也許是剛接觸伍佰時，年紀太輕，那種男人的絕望與滄桑感，耳朵和腦子感受不到，反而覺得歌曲本身有點悶，樂曲也不夠流暢，特別是比起牽掛、被動、浪人情歌...等，更是高下立判！然而經過這麼多年的沈澱後，倒是出現了大逆轉，最愛的歌變成了點煙、無聲的所在、和少年咧安啦...等。特別是當我聽到那噤聲下的那句：「痛這呢久...」這真的是讓人心揪了一下阿。伍佰真是唱出了那股味！

真希望有一天，伍佰能夠有場表演，全都唱早期的歌。

遇見這張專輯，約莫發生在2003年的四月，也正是苦悶大學指考即將到來時。那時在佳佳漢口因緣際會下購入了這張專輯，卻想也沒想到它會一直陪著我，直到老舊的Panasonic隨身聽被幹走，這兩個多月間，似乎沒有換過任何一張CD。如果要說：「因為一張專輯就跟定了一個樂團」這種荒謬可笑的事情，而又正巧發生在我身上，我也願意大方承認。上述三者唯一的交集，就只有出現在Wilco這個樂團的身上。是的，Yankee Hotel Foxtrot就是我這輩子認定的那張專輯。

請讓我引用名家之語：「朋友，這是愛啊。你沒有辦法解釋愛的。」



當時我最喜歡的是I am Trying to Break Your Heart這首歌。總覺得這種游離電子和「不牢靠」的鼓有種莫名的吸引力，配上Jeff Tweedy的沙啞的聲音，細細唱著：「I am trying to break your heart. I am trying to break your heart. But still I'd be lying if I said it wasn't easy.I am trying to break your heart」，全身都起了一陣雞皮疙瘩。那一瞬間，心碎了，卻還不忘碎念：「這人未免太會唱了吧。」



半年後，也是莫名的開始在小白兔唱片裡頭廝混。當時常常在櫃子的最上方看到這張黑膠，由於我沒有黑膠，所以一直以來都沒有對它打什麼主意。很巧的是，一直也沒有客人買它。應該是05跨06年的跨年時，在the wall看完了LTK時，走到了小白兔店內，那時戴子不知道發什麼神經，一直說要把這張黑膠賣掉，經不起遊說的我，就發了狠勁買了下來，當下馬上用店裡的唱盤聽。也許是"跨年高潮後失落症候群"的關係吧，聽了一遍又一遍，坐在門口，一直到天都快亮了才離開。但我不得不提，黑膠的顆粒、那鼓點，那味道，啊～～～～～～～～～～嘶。



當我把這張專輯推薦給好友金錶時，沒有得到想要的熱切回應，我還以為他不喜歡這張專輯。心中當然有點失落，不過也認為這不能勉強。一直到有一天，我和另一位好友蛋頭在金錶家喝酒時，大家輪流放音樂，我放到"Jesus, etc"時，我聽到金錶嘴中說著：「啊啊啊是Jesus」，我才知道他也超愛這張專輯的，而沒聽過的蛋頭也因為這機會愛上了。那時候，有鑑於戴子、金錶、蛋頭和後來的Biggo，我得到的結論是：「不喜歡Wilco的我就不要跟他們當朋友了。」實在也很難想像有人會不喜歡這首歌，特別是歌後段唱著：「Tall buildings shake, Voices escape singing sad sad songs, tuned to chords, Strung down your cheeks, Bitter melodies turning your orbit around, Voices whine, Skyscrapers are scraping together, Your voice is smoking, Last cigarettes are all you can get, Turning your orbit around.」啊啊啊啊啊～～～～嘶。Jeff Tweedy你真的太噁心了。



這張專輯在歷史上有什麼意義？眾家媒體又有什麼評價？其實我都一點不在意。Yankee Hotel Foxtrot對我來說，已經不只是一張專輯，它凝聚我許多值得咀嚼的回憶，也陪我渡過許多難熬的時刻：當兵新訓的第一個夜晚，無法入睡，腦裡浮現的旋律，是Jesus, etc；和好友一同喝酒放聲唱的，是Heavy Metal Drummer；心愛的女孩去法國時，耳機裡的音樂，是Reservation。

我不知道究竟這張專輯有什麼好的，我只知道這些時刻，陪著我的就是Wilco、Jeff Tweedy，還有那張Yankee Hotel Foxtrot。

Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

當兵亂記（四）- Almost Famous（成名在望）

好久沒有寫Blog了，似乎應該要來update一下。

您的退伍生效日期是：2010年6月1日零時零分
今天是2010年3月11日，是您入伍的第254天

距離退伍還有82天, 也就是7041959秒，經過了75.6703%

還有111天才過一年，撐下去就是你的！
破百已經18天嘍，恭喜進入待退期
什麼都是假的，平安退伍才是真的

也許是開始萌生一種「喔，我快退伍了！」的想法，破百後的日子反而呈現很奇妙的緩慢氛圍，時間開始不再讓人有快速流逝的感覺，取而代之的是對未來的徬徨和人際關係焦慮症。說來可笑，其實一直不喜歡去談內心受外在因素的變化，也盡量避免這些事物去改變作法。然而從當兵之後，卻越來越按奈不住，尤其是日前重看了一次"Almost Famous（成名在望）"之後，潰堤得不可收拾。

Almost Famous在我心中一直有著不可撼動的地位，因為主角們在Doris上合唱"Tiny Dancer"的那個畫面，給了我所有所有的動力去追求構足那畫面的一切元素：music, friends, and the dreaming girl "Penny Lane."。我常常幻想著也許哪天可以和好友唱著屬於這年代的金曲，去感受生命的細節和每個片段（road trip perhaps），也期望著我的Penny Lane可以親口對我說："You are home."。

so let me be frankly: i hope i was William Miller. that way, i could do lots of crazy things(at least it seems crazy that time) to fill with my empty adolescence. i know it may sounds silly, but i do have this kind of fancy.

but the reality always brings me down

這麼說似乎有點「為賦新詞強說愁」的味道，然而在現實生活裡，我仍然無法完成一個像樣的road trip，無法找到一首共同回憶的歌曲﹔漸漸失去了我所有的朋友，更別說那幾近幻想的Penny Lane，應該是八竿子打不著吧我猜（其實這點我反倒釋懷了），可以說是一無所獲。既然Cameron Crowe所安排的結局不屬於我，then i have to find my own one. 我不知道該如何前進，也不知道是否真的有路可走，but life will find its way out.而我也只能這麼相信著。

也許把希望和夢想依託在一個電影的畫面有點蠢，但我還是希望，當我死去的時候，也可以唱著Tiny Dancer，咀嚼著相同的回憶。

當兵亂記（三）

1. 50%！！！

「其實在退伍後跟朋友聊起當兵的往事總是ㄧ派輕鬆，可是當初身處部隊卻不是那種感覺。好像用說的感到當兵很好玩..可是等你真的去當了，心裡只有Ｘ而已！我以前的單位說操也不操，只是事情會多到讓你心煩意亂完全無思緒可言。」

熬了好久好久，我總算到了這一半的門檻了！然後還有另外一半的路要走。
只要想到另一半（不是在講女人，是說另外50%...），就.......令人崩潰啊...
崩潰之餘，想到好友enno貼的一首歌，把他分享出來給大家回味一下。

林強叔叔真的很強悍，這張專輯已經是十一年前的作品了。聽起來還是很前衛創新，透過工業噪音吉他，徹底的把當兵崩潰苦悶的心情都吶喊發洩出來了。周杰倫說「我就是屌」，那林強叔叔可以說「我就是大屌了」...更何況周杰倫又沒當兵...

2. My 2009 CD List



邱毛毛在ptt2上面問我說我的年終榜咧，我只想說：「榜你老師咧...」

今年大部份的心力都在部隊中消磨掉了，放假回家都在放空、打牌、吃飯喝酒和看電影中度過了，片段的聆聽和散落一地無法拼湊的記憶，兩條線找不到交集，自然無法有什麼深刻的印象。不過硬要擠出幾張專輯貽笑大方的話，還是勉勉強強辦得到。

值得一提的是，Bjork在1990發行的「Gling-Gló」，為Bjork和Trio Gudmundar Ingolfssonar（樂隊？請大家去查吧，我要收假了...）玩的是俏皮爵士，有著冰晶剔透的音色和辨識度高的嗓門。雖然帶點冰島的冷冽感，但聆聽起來還是趣味橫生啊！

想看這部片主要有兩個原因

1.Zooey Deschanel（雖然結婚了但我還是一樣愛她...泣）和 Joseph Gordon-Levitt （Mysterious Skin）
2.又是一部影像和對話中充滿音樂的電影

其實這也是我最近看片的兩種類型指南啦！哈哈..

男孩從小就深受"british sad music"和"Dustin Hoffamn的經典The Graduate"所影響，他相信童話中happily ever after的結局，從未懷疑過生命中會有那命中注定的另一半。女孩則是受到兒時父母離婚的影響，相信的只有自己的美麗頭髮，和拿起剪刀剪掉它的那個時刻。她的愛情觀便是活在當下，即時享樂，從未想過另外長久的發展。

看似沒有發展可能的兩個生命，就在電梯裡面，藉著The Smith碰撞在一起了。

好了，劇情簡介就說到這裡。

其實這就是核心，我以為不論相信或不信愛情，都只是藉口，說穿了就是"You are not the right one." 但是男女雙方往往都不願意承認，一方想要個答案，而對方卻又無法給出個令人滿意的說詞。說不出口的情形有很多，也許是根本不愛、也許是太傷人，然而最常有的狀況是，連自己也不知道是怎麼一回事？？當然這種事情沒有什麼對錯，不過我還是比較喜歡乾脆一點，大方承認就長遠來看，也許是最不傷害彼此的一種辦法。（雖然我覺得好殘忍...）

好啦，其實我覺得這部片還是有令人會心一笑的部份，最喜歡的是...

當兵亂記（二）

1. Oh 哎呀呀 Oh 愛的抱抱...



事情是這樣的，小弟在軍中唯一接觸到音樂資訊的機會，便是手機內建的廣播功能。可不知為何營區內廣播訊號干擾嚴重（被賣藥電台瘋狂蓋台），能聽的電台只剩下96.3 I-RADIO跟 ICRT。
又受限於軍中作息關係，大多都是中午聽ICRT，晚上聽I-RADIO。

I-RADIO晚上10點到12點的節目為I-HAPPY，由娃娃主持，據說很受歡迎，不過我這個月聽下來，實在是很想流淚啊...我以為娃娃會放多一點搖滾或是比較有趣的東西，沒想到是我多心了，根本就是主流音樂大會啊。

特別是瑤瑤，我真的瘋狂聽到她的歌（不限於娃娃的節目），多到我要崩潰了，巨乳都快變成貧乳了。

老天爺啊，不要一直給我瑤瑤啊，我不想瑤啊...

當兵滿百，才一百天，怎麼感覺好久...還剩下239天...

同時，也是 邱依婷毛毛 和 我心目中最好笑的男人shoussa謝崇毅 的生日，雖然已經過了，但我還是要祝他們生日快樂。Happy Birthday！

當兵亂記（一）

由於當兵之後，智商隨著頭毛被理短而降低，且放假時整個人會處於放空和慵懶狀況，所以部落格久久未更新。不過這次放假時，被小凱姊姊要求寫新的文章，所以趁著等等要收假的空檔，隨便亂寫一下近況和心得。

1. My Military Life...

基於保密原則，所以我不能透露出我現在在什麼單位服役。但是從新訓到現在下部隊來說，可以說是一波三折，有點像是被踢來踢去的皮球，好在後來被長官賞識留在比較高層的單位，事情雖然多，但比起一般連隊來說算是爽的。至於和長官、學長姊之間的相處，一如往常，人際社交從來就不是我擔心的事情，單位主官是陰魂不散的處女女，73年次，是我很會應付的類型。學長姊人大多人都很好，除了某些腦袋秀斗的志願役外...不過他們罵人的功力很遜，加起來應該沒有KK的一半吧...

當兵痛苦的地方是在於精神層面上的折磨，很難跟軍中同梯的聊些比較深入的話題，大部分的話語圍繞在八卦或不入流的主題，甚至是聽某些學長嘴炮。Biggo大大跟我也一樣深有同感，久了之後，其實比較喜歡一個人發呆空想，儘管這些時間並不是很多。

不過這陣子我瘦了大概五公斤，希望可以馬上回到我當年苗窕的身段。

下禮拜後我的啪數就滿25%了，我知道很菜，但怎說也完成四分之一的路程了。

2. I love Lady Gaga !!

晚上睡覺時我會偷聽一下廣播，盡可能的補充一下我的音樂新知（雖然十分有限...），
Lady Gaga好好聽喔，最近他的新主打是"Paparazzi"（狗仔隊？）
雖然他可能是陰陽人，但我還是覺得他（她）好棒！



另外我覺得蔡建雅的新歌也算不錯，雖嫌芭樂但是朗朗上口，旋律至少有流暢。
不過龔柯允翻唱The Ting Tings的Great DJ真的是有夠鳥的，那什麼詞阿？
我聽到都快哭了。



3. I missed a lot of things...

9/26的Underworld看樣子是無法去了，一堆想看的電影也都下檔了，
Manchester United的比賽只能有一場沒一場的看（今天晚上一定要打爆Man City啊！）
Andy Roddick和Roger Federer蕩氣迴腸的Wimbledon Final也錯過了（my poor Roddick....）。
還有很多很多...

還好錯過的是未來會一直繼續的，而當兵只是短暫的...

6/19才回到台灣，沒想到7/1就要入伍了，這一切都來得太快太快了，心情有點調適不過來。
